Andrews Engineering Co, a local civil engineering, surveying, and construction management firm based in Beaufort, South Carolina, is assisting The Centers in their goal to develop a Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy facility at the Palm Key community. Our role in the development of the HBOT facility is providing the surveying, land planning, engineering, permitting and construction management services for the roads, parking, drainage, and utility improvements required to support the HBOT clinic, patient and family housing, restaurant and recreation area.

Katherine Mackintosh, B.S. ,M.Ed., owner of Clear Path Health Coaching, LLC, is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, a Duke trained Certified Integrative Health Coach and a Positive Psychology Practitioner. Her passion is helping others to find a way to reach their optimal health, wellness and life goals, regardless of their physical circumstances. She has worked with those with chronic disease, as a coach, a speaker, and as a volunteer. Since being diagnosed with a chronic, lifelong disease in 2002, Katherine has overcome major health challenges, including long term major weight loss and exercise possibilities in spite of limitations. Thisled her to take the Integrative Health Coach Professional Training and Certification at Duke Integrative
Medicine. She also holds a Certificate in Applied Positive Psychology. She has since become an instructor for Duke Integrative Medicine, as well a mentor for the International Consortium for Health and Wellness Coaches. In 2017, she became one of the first National Board Certified Health and Wellness
Coaches in the country. Because of her first hand experience, she seeks to help others realize the possibilities they have within.
To achieve this, she works as a coach, public speaker on health and wellness topics, as a positive psychology practitioner, and as an art instructor to demonstrate the power of relaxation and healing
through art. Her art seminars have been held for wounded veterans, their spouses and families, as well as for stressed and harried business groups. For her volunteer work, Katherine was inducted into the National MS Society’s Volunteer Hall of Fame ,
in large part due to her volunteer work associated with spreading health and wellness knowledge for chronic disease patients and their caregivers.
